Founded in New York City in 1984, Character Translations, Inc., now located in Norristown, Pennsylvania, designs and creates high-quality costumed characters. Throughout the years Character Translations Inc. has had the opportunity to work on a wide array of projects; our extensive client list includes Raymond Entertainment Group, Music Theatre International, Kellogg’s, National Geographic Television, The National Football League, The Reno Aces, Red Robin Restaurants, New York University, The Philadelphia Flyers, The Philadelphia Wings, and The Philadelphia Union.

When we make your characters we are creating from a rich artistic background. Our studio consists of various artists and craft-persons which allows for a wide variety of skill sets. We are experts in the costume trade and we keep evolving with new building techniques and materials. We take pride in our work and are open to any costuming challenge large or small.
